DISCLOSURE
- Referral compensation is paid at 10 BPS on every closed loan funded by the referred Loan Officer.
- The referred Loan Officer must be approved, hired, and actively close loans with Mission San Jose Mortgage.
- Compensation is paid on closed and funded loans only and is subject to chargebacks and adjustments.
- Mission San Jose Mortgage reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time without prior notice.
